Straw Erosion Control Wattles on Grande Blvd in Tyler – FAIL
These straw erosion control logs were put into service in March 2012. Within a few days, a moderate rain event washed concrete powder UNDER the straw wattles. The concrete eventually found its way into the creek, which is behind the camera position.
